Lord`s life-long flirt with classical music comes to front again, as it did in the series of classical oriented albums he recorded in the 70`s. The formula here is similar to some extent, the difference being in the choice of shorter (and much more coherent) pieces rather then extended suites. Lord, as composer and performer, uses all the tools at his disposal - superb musicians (including Thys Van LeerFind albums by this artist on flute!), string sessions and string ensembles, vocals, etc. For music lovers who have the classical inclination this is a true delight!
