SHAKTI ~ NATURAL ELEMENTS COLUMBIA 489773 ~ UK ~ Jazz-World Fusion 3rd and last album from 1977 by the 1970`s version of Shakti (to be re-incarnated in 1999), which featured the amazing talents of John McLaughlin on guitar and some of the best Indian musicians playing traditional acoustic instruments. A Fusion of jazz and indian music, this incredibly beautiful and moving music is undoubtedly one of the most original and elevating examples of cross-cultre possibilities. This is a milestone album, as are both previous Shakti albums.
