This live recording includes just 3 extended pieces (the longest being 21+ minutes), which of course gives ample space for the virtuosi players to expand their flashy abilities and establish the meaning of Fusion for generations to follow. Criticized at the time of its release as lacking musical direction, in retrospect this music proves yet again that it is much more lasting than any critic.
